2025 District Playdowns July 15-16: Senior Pairs (Trenton) July 26-27: Mixed Pairs (Campbellford) August 16-17: Novice Aussie Pairs (Belleville) August 30-31: Novice Singles (Kingston) Note that there are no district playdowns for Youth/Under-21 Singles, Indoor Singles, Open Singles, Open Pairs, Open Triples, or Open Fours. For these events, you must enter the Provincial Championships directly (and be prepared to play in the National Championships if you qualify). For Para-Bowls, you must enter the National Championships directly. There is an entry fee for all playdowns. District playdown winners must then play in the Provincial Championships (see below) for that event.

(October) Bowls Canada Boulingrin changed the format of the "Majors" in 2024. A revised interim format is being held in 2025, with a permanent new format currently being planned for 2026.
